SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

I post all my products on the day of or the day after the order is received, if they are a stock item.

 

I knit my made-to-measure orders in the sequence they arrive in

so there may be a delay in the delivery of your bespoke jumper or snood,

especially in the winter months and the run up to Christmas,

but the wait will be worthwhile!

​

If your order is needed for a specific date. please just email or message me

for an idea of how long your order is likely to take.

​

Check the dispatch time on each item on the Etsy site for an estimated time

between order and postage.

​

 

 

RETURNS:

 

Returned items must be in pristine condition with no sign of wear or tear or dirt

before a refund is given. 

The buyer pays for the return postage and this will not be refunded by the seller.

​

I always combine postage if more than one item is ordered.
